Who we are

Founded in 2017, SBE Medical Services is a division of SBE Group. Active in the health industry, SBE specialises in the servicing and repair of medical equipment.

  • We constantly monitor and watch out for any malfunctions alerted by ANSM or device vendors. SBE Medical Services is able to offer field-repair services or back-to-base depot repairs and tailor its service offering for its manufacturer clients.
  • The SBE team ensure the safe recovery of defective device parts, electrodes and batteries, and recycle them in compliance with the WEEE directive (specific scrapping and recycling processes for waste electrical and electronic equipment).
  • Our services are ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 45001 certified, to ensure a consistent and professional quality service.

Our group

Founded in 1987, SBE has been working for more than 30 years as a specialized repairer of electronic equipment. One of the keys to the success of our company is innovation. By applying industrial methods to the service sector, SBE has been able to develop and expand rapidly. Our strategy: « to bring our expertise closer to the end consumer. »

Within a few decades, SBE has become one of the largest independent service providers in the field of repairs in Europe, and is continuing its expansion to the American continent. SBE provides both physical and digital repair and maintenance solutions for electronic products. Our portfolio offers a wide range of services dedicated to device manufacturers, network operators, distributors and insurers – such as diagnostics, call center and technical support services, aftersales service management, reverse logistics, warranty management, depot repairs, field repairs, home repairs, maintenance, refurbishing, reconditioning, recycling, etc.

Since the 1990s, SBE has pursued its international development by opening subsidiaries in UK, Poland, Portugal, Canada and the US.

As a key partner to manufacturers of electronic devices and technology products, SBE offers after-sales services for an ever-expanding range of products. Our services extend from digital set-top boxes to televisions, from smartphones to small household appliances, from mobility products to medical devices. In order to complement its hardware offering, SBE Global has also created a unique SaaS returns management platform, designed to improve digital customer relationship management, and optimise and streamline multi-channel after-sales customer journeys.

All our unrepairable products are processed via official waste recovery channels in accordance with the environmental standards in force (D3E). In the same spirit, we ensure that the treatment of waste resulting from our activities has the smallest ecological impact possible.

Repairs

The repair of consumer electronic equipments is the core business of SBE. For more than 30 years SBE has been developing its know-how across different product ranges. We support our partners in their technical development by providing innovative service solutions. SBE processes the repair of medical devices both centrally (450 engineers in our depot repair hub) or on site (200 field engineers).

Installation and maintenance

Our nationwide service network covers the whole French territory with more than 200 qualified technicians. Our service centers are trained and certified in compliance with application legislation and regulations. Our central control team manages all the stakeholders and processes involved: making appointments, validating the delivery of all equipments (DAE, consumables, cabinets, etc.), selecting the relevant hub, sending the repair reports, etc.

Logistics
