Repairs
The repair of consumer electronic equipments is the core business of SBE. For more than 30 years SBE has been developing its know-how across different product ranges. We support our partners in their technical development by providing innovative service solutions. SBE processes the repair of medical devices both centrally (450 engineers in our depot repair hub) or on site (200 field engineers).
Installation and maintenance
Our nationwide service network covers the whole French territory with more than 200 qualified technicians. Our service centers are trained and certified in compliance with application legislation and regulations. Our central control team manages all the stakeholders and processes involved: making appointments, validating the delivery of all equipments (DAE, consumables, cabinets, etc.), selecting the relevant hub, sending the repair reports, etc.

Logistics
SBE Medical Services offers logistical solutions such as: order management, storage, order preparation, delivery, collection. returns management.
Customer service
Services we offer through our call center (30 agents) include: remote maintenance, customer service (call, chat, email), technical support, calling campaigns, etc.
Specific services
SBE Medical Services can also manage specific services and one-off operations, such as the recovery of batches of medical devices for either repair, reconditioning, software upgrade, corrective orders, parts changes, etc.
Accreditations
The SBE Group is accredited by the largest manufacturers for the repair of electronic products. Audits are carried out on a regular basis to validate compliance with quality and safety standards or even the use of original parts. SBE Medical Services provides nationwide services to manufacturers and distributors through our network of regional service stations. These offer various local services such as installation, control, information, management and replacement of consumables. SBE Medical Services also offers centralized support, customer service, logistics, correction or repair order services. SBE Medical Services is ISO 13485 certified: “Installation, Maintenance, Repair, Modification of Electromedical Devices and Associated Logistics Services”. This certificate is checked and validated each year by Bureau Véritas, a Cofrac-certified body.
SBE Medical Services works in compliance with the EU MDR standard (European Regulation for Medical Devices).
